Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with every NORFSTARZ purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

• Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Final sale items, limited drops, and digital products are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for size or style within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact us at info@norfstarz.com with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange for.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue and we will make it right.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Print-on-Demand Items

Items fulfilled through print-on-demand partners (Printify/DSers) are produced to order and are only eligible for refund or replacement in the case of a defect or error on our part.
